“I hired Avelar Tree Service upon recommendation of a good friend. The tree I needed removed was a giant white oak close to my house. I had received estimates from larger companies that were considerably more than Avelar’s. Avelar provided quick, professional, and safe service. The tree is gone. “Very pleased with this service. I called on a Monday, Steven came out to give me an estimate on Tuesday and sent me an estimate within the hour. On Wednesday, I told Steven I wanted to hire them, and they came out that morning to complete the work. Initially, Steven told me it might take a few weeks to get out and complete the work, but I told him I needed it done sooner than later, so they fit me in that day. Their price was equivalent to another service I got a quote from, and $50 less than a third service. Steven was very pleasant to talk with and responsive to my emails. While he was at the house for the estimate, he also gave me some advice on a tree I was concerned about. He told me it didn't need to come down, even though I thought maybe it did, which made me happy that he wasn't just trying to sell a service I didn't need. They seemed to do a good job with the stump grinding. The area is flat with a bunch of wood mulch, which is what I expected since I didn't ask them to take away the mulch. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience.”
