“We contacted SunLife Windows to replace our windows and patio sliding doors. They were very fast to respond to our email and a salesperson came to us the following day. He was very friendly and professional. He took the measurements and went over the options. We decided to go with them because they were very experienced and their price was the best for the same brand of windows quoted by two other companies. Their communication was very clear throughout the process. Two installers showed up on time and they did a great job with installation and clean-up. We're very happy with these beautiful windows and their service.”

“They replaced a very large window in front, 2 smaller windows, and sliding patio doors. Walter expressed concern about poor nature of existing windows and brought the job foreman out on a 2nd visit to make sure the installation would go well. The entire job took 1 1/2 days. The crew arrived on time and worked very neatly. After completion, I noticed I couldn't get 2 of the window locks to lock down, so I called the company and left a voice message. I received a response only 30 min later; and, they sent the crew back out the same day to make the adjustment. - great service! and, we feel the price was very fair!”

“We installed two large NanaWalls in our lakefront cabin in Whistler, BC, Canada. They are a fantastic addition as they highlight the lake and mountain views from our living room, dining room and kitchen. It's wonderful to open them all up, bring the outside in and let the fresh air flow through our home. “My wife and I hired Matthias Troitzsch of Id8Bau, for the purchase and installation of a European front door/side window unit. Matthias took responsibility from start to finish, in counseling us and determining which door to order, what features we might want, what colors, and how to get it to our home and how to get it installed. It is a Pirnar door, manufactured in Slovenia; and, while it is incredibly beautiful, high class and high tech, it is not something which local contractors know how to install. So, what could have been a very difficult task was made much easier by Matthias. He was extremely available, helpful and can-do, from start to finish, both in the decision and ordering of the unit and in its installation. His judgment was invaluable at every step, and we are delighted with the result. My wife and I recommend him very highly and without reservation.”

“We had a kitchen greenhouse window that was in bad condition. We looked into replacing the entire window and had quotes in excess of $3,500 which did not include some tile work that would need to be addressed by a second contractor. We contacted R&S Glazing Specialties to have the glass replaced rather than replacement of the entire window. R&S completed the entire project in 3 weeks (would have had to wait 14-16 weeks to obtain a new window) at a fraction of the cost. The services of R&S were A-1 from the initial contact with the office through estimating to completion of the project. They were very attentive to our needs and concerns and timely in completing the work. If you need glass replacement (or other services R&S provides), I would no hesitation in using them.”
