“RbA product manager, Tony D, was very professional, thorough, and patient. He answered all questions during his presentation and afterwards via email. I purchased 5 windows and the installation guys gave me a rundown on what they are doing to remove the old windows, install the new windows, training on operating the windows, clean up, and a walk-through on what they did. The window price is high but the windows are solid, durable, and, so far, working great. I would rate them 5 stars but their prices brought it down a notch.”

“We installed two large NanaWalls in our lakefront cabin in Whistler, BC, Canada. They are a fantastic addition as they highlight the lake and mountain views from our living room, dining room and kitchen. It's wonderful to open them all up, bring the outside in and let the fresh air flow through our home. “We contacted SunLife Windows to replace our windows and patio sliding doors. They were very fast to respond to our email and a salesperson came to us the following day. He was very friendly and professional. He took the measurements and went over the options. We decided to go with them because they were very experienced and their price was the best for the same brand of windows quoted by two other companies. Their communication was very clear throughout the process. Two installers showed up on time and they did a great job with installation and clean-up. We're very happy with these beautiful windows and their service.”

“My wife and I hired Matthias Troitzsch of Id8Bau, for the purchase and installation of a European front door/side window unit. Matthias took responsibility from start to finish, in counseling us and determining which door to order, what features we might want, what colors, and how to get it to our home and how to get it installed. It is a Pirnar door, manufactured in Slovenia; and, while it is incredibly beautiful, high class and high tech, it is not something which local contractors know how to install. So, what could have been a very difficult task was made much easier by Matthias. He was extremely available, helpful and can-do, from start to finish, both in the decision and ordering of the unit and in its installation. His judgment was invaluable at every step, and we are delighted with the result. My wife and I recommend him very highly and without reservation.”
