hi. it's an old lavabo, probably french or english. the original spigot was missing so i paired it with a big french spigot found separately. you might try local or online architectural salvage dealers. i think this one came from pasadenaarchitecturalsalvage.com

I would run honeycomb blinds (blackout or not), one running the whole distance to the edge of the other window, then run the short one so it runs into the other blind making a butt joint. this seems to me to be light tight and pleasing to the eye.
