Need help finding supplier for blue tile used in photo of Republic Tile Works bath remodel called Lorain Rd. Have searched everywhere. Please help me! Also floor tile and accent tile suppliers. It's my perfect bathroom... thank you for helping me (?)

Marble are non-porous thus it would cause etching and corrosion. Besides that, marble are high maintenance materials. Marble requires proper care and maintenance. Acid should never be used on marble as it shall loose its shine. Marble should be regularly polished over a period of time to give it a new look. If proper precautions are not taken the marble becomes yellowish in colour. Italian marble is usually very soft and prone to cracks. Proper resins have to be used to make the surface strong and solid and avoid further cracks. Proper sealants should be used in marble flooring as the marble is highly porous and prone to staining. It absorbs stains very quickly especially kitchen stains hence are not appropriate for kitchen counter tops. Quartz would be a better choice as quartz are non porous. Hi Rachel, Make a paste of white distilled vinegar and some bi carb soda. Into a deep bowl, add one cup vinegar and slowly stir about a table spoon of bi carb. Add a little of the bi carb as possible into a deeb bowl. The reaction of the two will cause the mixture to foam and thats the reason for the deep bowl. Once the foam settles, apply this paste on to the area concerned and let it sit for an hour or so at least. Use some elbow grease and scrub a little and wash away with clean water. Vinegar is a mild acid which can kill 82% of mold species. (Baking soda is often used along with vinegar for killing different species of mold.) Its natural and as organic as it gets. The smell of vinegar will linger for a while and is normal. Make sure the shower is well ventilated. Hope it helps?

Hi Jim Kee, If your style is based on the photo above, which is industrial, would you consider mirrored cabinets? The effect will complement the stainless steel elements, and also brighten up the dullness of the concrete screed finish and the darkness of the tiles. It will also visually pull in more natural light from that tiny window. Hope this helps!
