These are great for find the right amount of lights, but nothing on the height of ceilings. Does the height of the ceiling affect in anyway? Nonetheless thanks for the help, it’s somewhere to start

Currently my home is painted Mindful Gray....like every other house in our neighborhood. I have an itch to paint most of the main floor a warm white, light cream color. Most of our living area on the main floor is South facing. We have a lot of windows. Our house is probably medium sized and we have 9ft ceilings. I got soft chamois and the color is pretty but it seems to be a tad more gray than I would like. I am hoping for some paint suggestions that aren't super yellow.
