Down Lighting Help

Hi. I live in malaysia, unfortunately Houzz doesn’t support this country and I can’t find a professional advice based from malaysia. I would like know if there is a set formula to calculate how much down light I need for a specific space in my new home. If anyone could give me any advice on this, I thank you in advance. Maybe this will give me a better idea of how to calculate wattage/lumen etc...

Ceiling is 11feet
