I could help you with precise measurements but no longer have the plan and have also sold the house. The spa might be 6' x 12' W, the pool is 14'-16' W x 16'-20' L. There are 4 levels to the pool as it was meant to be a "social" pool for all ages. The first step/shelf for "toddlers" is probably 18" below the coping and might be about 28" D and 6' long. It runs vertically in left side of pool. The second "landing" runs horizontally and the depth of water would be about 3 1/2" deep (great for young kids) and 4' W. The third landing is another step down (5' water depth from coping/ great for adults to stand with head above water). And finally the deep end/final level is 8' deep. We allowed our kids and their friends jump into the deep end from the spa as long as they were mindful of the corner of the shallowest level. And diving was allowed only from the edge of the deep end coping into the deep end. This was an awesome family entertaining pool for a small yard.
