These are available in 7 fabrics, pink gingham, blue gingham, rosie, red/blue plaid, red with white star and blue candy stripe and pink polka dot.

What a great room! If you enjoy the general Monochromatic feel of your room I'd go with white or silver (see 'option2' photo) and let your accent pillows do the accenting! The blue hue on the wall actually simplifies your color options. Either pull that color in through a patterned application as mentioned above (see 'option1' photo) or just stick to silver/white.
