Window treatment.

Hi. I have a huge window(96in. wide & 46in. long) in my master bedroom. What window treatment should I ho for? I was thinking of roller shades but I am not sure what kind
(plain/patterned) would look good.
Any suggestions/pictures/links?? TIA.
My wall color is a sherwin williams Koral Kicks. Headboard is multi- colored having green and blue hues.

I will include the picture once I collect the keys to the apartment. The apartment is 1400 sq ft. and it is located on the 16 th floor. The living room and the balcony floor is at the same level. The French doors, which I intend to remove, separate and protect the living room from the open balcony. But the current owner had installed aluminum casement windows at the balcony. These windows I think will provide sufficient protection from the elements, hence the idea of doing away with the French doors. The authority would not allow us to remove the three feet high concrete wall of the balcony. The idea of the platform (a) to differentiate the living room/balcony boundary, (b) to raise the floor height so one can drink tea at the balcony and admire the view too.

curtain panels would be hung from a rod on the cross piece just above your blinds, leave rounded window uncurtained. place something on top of the china cabinet - some how it looks too short.

I would use a white canvas roman shade on the window with an outside mount and mount it exactly the same height as the top of the fabric of the shower curtain. Use the same fabric on the shower curtain and do contrasting banding along the bottom of the roman shade and across the middle of the shower curtain at the same height. You can add other colors of banding from that height down to the bottom of the curtain. You can buy sunbrella acrylic fabric in extra wide panels so you don't have seams on the shower curtain. I did one in a cabin that looked like an indian trading blanket. It was fabulous.

if you lighten the cabinets etc, then the stone will appear more prominent. if that is what you want, that is fine. I sensed that you did not like the current counter. I would contact a marble/granite installer to see if they think that the cracks can be filled and polished out. it is pretty common to do this on new installations if it is feasible. they may try to charge you as as much as you would spend on a fabricating a counter out of a new slab if they did not do the original installation.
