i am looking for a right id to help design my house, which is good, best is that they are located at ubi or AMKarea, cause I am staying at SengKang

Hi there :) I've used this contractor many times - from office reno to my HDB too & yes they are located close to Ubi side - Kenwa Constructors (pg. 4 tel: 6286 0800) hope this helps !

Hi Houzz members, I'd like to get some ideas on how I would be able to make my small apartment look bigger. I live in Singapore, space is a precious commodity here, and many people live in high rise buildings which are quite small in area (not as bad as Hong Kong though). My friends suggested to use light colours for the house and also mirrors, what do you all think? Hi. It's looking really good and you've done well with the bookshelves! ! I love the new sofa! I would say just a tad more yellow if your husband can bear it, doesn't have to be solid yellow. I'd add something else on the left shelves (I'd move one shelf of photos to the right hand shelving and swap for some books), maybe a ginger jar if you can get an old one. Maybe a patterned throw or cushion for your wooden chair and a small yellow throw for the bench just draped over the corner. Table idea sounds great. Are you happy with it? I think it's made such a big difference

Artificial turf! The green (they come in different colours, too, if you'd like to be psychedelic) adds a lively pop of colour to a blah space, and they're designed in easy-to-install tile-style units that have some built-in drainage for minimal maintenance. Absolut Outdoors and Green Turf can tell you more :) And I'd hang an outdoor art piece or a screen for air plants on that blank wall, too, to enliven your balcony.
