Ceiling lights are for overall brightness and you can control which areas to light up. As for pendant lighting, it is more concentrated so it will not brighten the whole area. Round double height dining room fan and lighting

We are building our new house with a round double height dining room for a round dining table and we want to have a ceiling fan as well as a long pendant lights that echo the roundness of the room. The design team is modern tropical. The ceiling fan would have to be on a very long rod and the pendant lights also. We don't want the epileptic effect of the fan spinning under the lights. Any ideas would be welcome.
