Normally blinds is not really suitable for bedroom, because blinds cant really fully cover the lighting. Blackout curtains (100% blocking the light) or Dimout curtains (80%-90% blocking the light). Adding curtains to the windows (and even doors) gives you an additional layer of insulation and can even bring down your power bills in the long run.
