Comments (2)Congrats on your new flat. Love the fun and playful kitchen - way to go using color. Gray, white and red can then be used throughout your small space, though in different measure. Perhaps a pale gray painted bedroom - bm moonshine with all white bedding, layer in a charcoal chair and throw, art with red. All white bath, red towels. Living room gray upholstery, multicolored rug with red in it - modern graphic style. Mid-tone gray walls - match your countertop to make it cozy, but use an ikat print at the windows with white and gray and red. The whole thing will flow beautifully....See MoreWhat colour should I pick for my curtain? I have a grey bedroom
Comments (3)The color will be fine, but put up samples of the sheen to make sure you're really on board. Among other things, the more sheen, the more obvious any flaws....See Morei am bored with the look of my home!
Comments (26)Hi. It's looking really good and you've done well with the bookshelves! ! I love the new sofa! I would say just a tad more yellow if your husband can bear it, doesn't have to be solid yellow. I'd add something else on the left shelves (I'd move one shelf of photos to the right hand shelving and swap for some books), maybe a ginger jar if you can get an old one. Maybe a patterned throw or cushion for your wooden chair and a small yellow throw for the bench just draped over the corner. Table idea sounds great. Are you happy with it? I think it's made such a big difference...See MoreHow to do I compliment or accentuate my art in the living area.
Comments (10)you painted that? it's stunning! you can do a lot with just a rug. I have 2 toddlers 2.5 yrs old and 19 months old. and I used a low pile indoor/outdoor rug from Walmart. it was like 40$ for a 5x8. it was soooooo easy to clean even when it was blackberry stains! if you really don't want a to buy a rug there are a ton of DIY area rugs on pintrest where you take a cloth and tape it to a non slip pad, then toss it in the wash! brilliant right? you can definitely use 2 big pillows, the have a mustardy/yellow one at ikea (you can wash the covers and switch them too) and maybe a couple small accent pillows. but LOVING the painting...and I wish it was mine..K bye lol! :)...See MoreAqua Kitchen and Bath Design Center
