This particular window frame was supplied by Alumicor and manufactured by Bigfoot Door. It is a curtain wall system which is structurally stronger and accommodates much larger glass sizes.

If privacy is the issue, get the sliders tinted to about 70%. You'll still get most of the natural light but will have privacy. Now, keep in mind this only works during the day. At night you are exposed. To address this, you may wish to do a floor to ceiling white sheer/linen curtains. The number of folds in the curtain will dictate the amount of visible silhouette at night. I think the window tint would be exactly what you're looking for. There's some window tinting that can block out 60% of the sun's rays! Although, I don't know how expensive it would be for three bedrooms. Maybe blinds would be a cheaper option for you?
