The Pinnacle of Living
With rooms barely large enough to place a king-sized bed, this apartment at Duxton needed careful planning to create an illusion of spaciousness within its 950sqft while maintaining two sizable bedrooms and a sound room for the DJ owner to work in.
The original kitchen was removed and divided into a dining bar counter and show kitchen with the wet kitchen in the yard to enlarge the living space. Strategically placed mirrors extended the illusion, and with the use of bright white cabinets disguised as walls and groove detailing, the main areas were connected into one cohesive space.
