The client had been left in a terrible situation by a rogue builder. When first reviewing this project, it was clear that a detailed specification needed to be created by someone independent as this would allow the client to build their confidence with a specialist. This process was successful in allowing the client to build their knowledge on the project and meant they had a clear understanding on the work required to get the job completed.

The property needed to build back from the brickwork with completely new floors on the first floor and installation of new internal walls throughout the property. Whilst this work was being undertaken, we also added a loft conversion to the house and upgraded the heating system.

It was very difficult time for the client so the process and clear communication on a weekly basis allowed the client to feel confident and in control of the project and ultimately their home.
