Reply to: Yes, we want to see your pool! Kitchenshock, we use the Hayward Phantom Navigator. My pool is always clean unless it's windy. We chose it because we have seen two pools with the same one and they always look good. I have to admit, I didn't do lots of research on navigator cleaners. However, after a year, I am still happy with it. I don't have a salt system, so I cannot answer that question. I may put one in someday, but it wasn't a priority.

Reply to: we redid our pool 2 1/2 years ago. we had considered pavers but the price was hefty for the amount we'd need, i didnt want weeds growing in all of the cracks (blown in soil and seeds, not from below), and we could never find any that we liked... they all looked commercial or overblown and i'm going to guess be the dreadful 'dated' in a few years. we decided to stick with poured concrete slabs again. ours had never cracked (pool was about 25 years old, new england winters) and our new pours havent cracked either in 3 winters. we redid them all, because we wanted more decking in some places and less in others, depending on where we had liked to sit various times of the day and summer.
