Could be nice to have small arbor with gate leading to the backyard on the side of the house where the holly currently is. Not sure that I like the white..and we should think about fencing.
Storage under steps down to patio/yard. Would be nice to close it in behind a door too. -Costly, maybe the shed will be nice and convenient in the new location.
big round boulders are kind of neat for the kids to play on- Boulders are a must!
elevated patio deck
cool patio look, but probably not practical for us -I love this look. Gravel is surprisingly easy (I have a small gravel patio) and very zen. We just use something a little larger than pea gravel so it doesn't travel.—I think gravel is still a no for me because of the kids (mm)
cool playset. 18" x 19"
if we keep the tree
cool pathway tile layout- This would make a fabulous front walkway for you! Very cool. Also for the path down the side of the house to the shed.
nice patio layout. neat corner of rock balls. I have a fun patio cutout in my concept for some plants and a fountain. It's nice to add these kind of details.
I like the lighting- Me, too. I'd love to fit an arbor into the budget so you can hang lights- and a hammock? Mm: I like lights! I’m really hoping we can fit a comfy but small outdoor sofa/lounge seating in addition to a dining area that’s hopefully bigger than our old dining table. Think that would be more practical than a hammock.
Could be nice to have a raised vegetable garden-perhaps by the shed. -Let's account for them in our layout. Where is the best sunshine?
Window boxes could be cute in the front! Very cheery
Another front of the house patio area
Makes me think of the possible patio to the right of our front door
Nice grass area bordered by plants
Neat hanging garden fence combo thing with cool backlighting
The built in benches
Everything! Maybe too modern for our house, but I love it all.
I like the mulch/lawn/walkway combo
The interplay between the patio and lawn
The Japanese maple! Maybe this couple replace the holly. Or the stringy half dead dogwood in the front.
