We like these floating shelves and the under shelf lights a lot, along with the cabinets. The large mantle and stone fireplace is also nice. We were assuming we should stick to white trim and cabinets throughout the main level space, but this just gives an idea of maybe mixing in some warm wood tones, which could be nice.

This is a rendering of a shed design that we quite like. We aren’t sure if it’s feasible to do the second floor in this pretty way, but we love how it looks nice and not just like a giant boxy shed. We will be looking right at this from our house when looking north, so it would be nice to make it look nice!

We like the arching detail as well on the fireplace and bookshelves but also u destined that it may not be an option with a gas insert, which is what we’ve decided to do. We also like the idea of floating shelves, but want the space to be tidy and nice so will defer to a designer on whether full built ins or floating shelves will look better.

We love this large, deep utility sink and how the washer and dryer are cased in with a counter on top to fold clothes. Our only concern is if this severely limits our options for washer/dryer replacements in the future. Also, we’d probably want a faucet with a sprayer head so we can spray things off down in the sink.

I like how this island is large and allows for stools to wrap around on two sides.

This is an example of a front door with the window above. I’m okay without this, but just really like the extra light above the door.

I think we like quartz countertops, and assumed we’d want something pretty simple and white. However, I found this and do think it’s very pretty. I’m not sure if it’s not neutral enough, but it could bring in maybe some subtle color? I’m open to opinions!

This is an example of a combination of some exposed and some covered storage in the built in buffet. This is smaller than ours would be, but it’s interesting. We don’t like the open skinny part on top though.

We like this sink. It’s a large farmhouse with two basins and sinks below counter depth.

This flooring is what we are looking for. Waterproof vinyl plank wood look with gray and tan tones. Grooves and dimension to hide dirt and footprints and such.
