Reply to: I didnt want a backsplash because they have become such a ubiquitous design element, no matter the tile pattern, etc...I did a 1" trim of the same quartz counter material and then just the painted wall. It's been 6 mos and no splatters or stains. I used a scrubbable eggshell paint.
