In both kitchen and bathrooms, we were able to install radiant floor heating with separate zones. Gary Pelletier of Pelletier Mechanical designed a system that used a closed loop fed by the existing gas hot water heater to accomplish this. We backed that up with closed-cell spray foam insulation in all open areas to create the most efficient and comfortable spaces in town!
