1922 Mediterranean House
The owners valued their heirloom art and books, both which needed to be displayed while still maintaining an open, bright feel to the room where the stained glass window was its focal point.
The bookcases were custom designed specifically to the size and number of books; glass was placed on top where sculptures and other art pieces would also be displayed. The walls were painted white to highlight the colors of the art, the rug and the stainedglass windows. Lighting was designed highlight art, architecture and reading.
