A 1960's 3,200 sq ft whole house remodel located on a local waterway in Dallas. The image shown documents the open house party the owners threw for all of the neighbors who put up with the construction. The masonry wall was the original kitchen that was moved. We filled the nooks with 2 art niches that were previously the double oven and fridge and the fireplace took the place of the old range. LED tape light was used to light the wall within a cove above (not Shown)
