900 square foot House and Garden
Built as a complimentary building to Small House 1, the studio building is another small house designed as an alternative to the Houston townhome prototype. Currently used as the office and workshop for m+a architecture studio, the project uses commodity materials in interesting ways to generate architectural effect on a very modest budget. The drafting room is oriented to the north with generous views into the mature tree canopy of the site.
