The front living room of this 125 year-old townhouse was given a dramatic facelift with paint and simple mouldings. MDF chair rail and trim boxes were arranged to split the room vertically and increase the preception of height in the already 9 foot plus ceilings. Floor is wide plank birch in dark coffee. Fireplace is real marble, found at an antique shop.
