Candler Park Cottage
Originally this home was one story with two small bedrooms a single bathroom, a living room, dining room and kitchen space. The owners wanted to maintain the scale of the house, yet gain some additional living space by building a new upper level. I added three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a laundry and a rear porch overlooking the City...all tucked into the roof lines of the new addition.
