Chicago Lake Shore Drive Condo Renovation
Even the beautiful views of Lake Michigan could not help the dark, dismal and tired finishes in this condo. The new owners wanted an update that would have a light and airy feel. In the kitchen we opened the space to the views and the dining area but kept a separation between the foyer and the kitchen. The light gray painted cabinets and a darker gray stained rift cut oak balance with the ever changing lake and sky. A backsplash of a white wavy tile lend a sense of the constant moving lake.
