Cowfish Restaurant - Hampton Bays, NY

This fun, waterfront bar in the Hamptons has a wonderful, airy feeling. Its roof is clear and reminiscent of sails, allowing customers to see the sky. It slants backward and inward capturing rain water which flows into an underground dry well.
