Double Bathroom Renovation
This original Richmond rowhouse had two outdated bathrooms ready for a new life. In the hall bath, we kept the layout, but took the room down to the studs to ensure all wiring and plumbing was to code and ready to last another hundred years. Upscale finishes with a vintage nod brought it into the 21st century.
In the primary bath, an unused dressing room was enlisted to create a large primary suite with walk-in closet. Original elements like the fireplace and mantle as well as trim were kept intact, while modern amenities and finishes were incorporated to bring new life into the home.
