Glen Ridge Kitchen
The object of this GreenRose Design commission from these homeowners who love to cook and entertain, was to open the kitchen to the dining room. After a little exploration, GreenRose determined that we could remove the (8 foot) ceiling and create a nice big volume of open space. The new, higher ceiling, follows the roof line and brings a nice big open feeling to the room. The new floor tile is porcelain, which looks just like slate and continues out to include the dining room and the hall to the front door, tying the entire space together.
