Healy Heights Remodel
The dominant element of the ground floor is a wood stove and brick fireplace that previously was set in a large wall. The remodel removed most of that wall, painted the bricks white, and switched out the wood stove for a more eco-friendly natural gas unit.
The fireplace itself now functions as an island on the ground floor, encouraging family members - especially the kids - to circulate with ease.
