Matarozzi Pelsinger BuildersComplete renovation of 1960's ranch style home located in Los Altos. The design is functional modern with many stylish and unique amenities. The new design incorporates more light and views to the outside. Features of the home include vaulted ceilings, a large chef's kitchen with top of the line appliances and a more open floor plan than the original home. Sustainable features of this project include bamboo flooring, solar photovoltaic electric generation, solar hydronic hot water heating for the pool and a high efficiency tankless hot water system for the pool/exercise room.

AmberThis kitchen is in a very traditional Tudor home, but the previous homeowners had put in a contemporary, commercial kitchen, so we brought the kitchen back to it's original traditional glory. We used Subzero and Wolf appliances, custom cabinetry, granite, and hand scraped walnut floors in this kitchen. We also worked on the mudroom, hallway, butler's pantry, and powder room.
AmberthLeading from the kitchen bespoke cabinetry was designed and fabricated for the laundry room/pantry, which features crittall style shelving with Corian made to measure shelves and a sliding system ladder.

Nar Design GroupUnique design details found throughout this kitchen bridge the gaps between classic, modern, industrial, and eclectic. Rare and intricate combinations of tile, wood, steel, aluminum, and Dekton create a comfortable large kitchen with harmonious balance. Classic white cabinets with stainless steel toe kick are contrasted by the large walnut island with a taller coordinating toe. Floating in complete disguise is the 1.2 cm ultra thin countertop by Dekton rarely seen in a classic kitchen application. Walnut shelves float on the white stamped tin patterned tile and are grounded with the industrial stainless tambour appliance garage. The 3" thick floating bistro bar top by Dekton cantelivers nearly three feet with minimal visual support giving ample knee space to those who lounge at the table. The two island kitchen with an eating bar and breakfast table solved every design dilemma a large long kitchen space can have. Functional spatial design combined with unique material selections and applications makes this kitchen truly the heART of the home!
