FROSTY COOL. A gleaming Sub-Zero refrigerator is set off by the warmth of cabinetry. We used inexpensive, shop-built plywood maple cabinetry but upgraded it with details such as quality slides and frosted-glass doors from Ikea. Photography by Maxwell MacKenzie
