Interior design and remodel of a La Jolla condominium near the beach. Design by Coleen Choisser, interior designer and owner of Anna Rode Designs. This photo shows the new living room done in the modern style featuring a curved ledger stone fireplace. A custom New Zealand wool area rug sits under the modern round coffee table. The sofa-sleeper and chairs are upholstered in ultra-suede for comfort and beachfront durability.
