La Jolla Contemporary
This house originally had an apartment on the first floor and the main house was on the second and third floors. The new owner turned the first floor into an art gallery, office, two guest rooms, laundry and bathroom.
The entire house was completely remodeled top to bottom with all new finishes, lighting, stucco, landscaping, windows and doors as well as four new bathrooms and a new kitchen.
