Major exterior walls and window rot repair, floors and roof structure repair, mold remediation due to roof and window leaks, removal of all old interior paneling’s and re-plaster interior walls. All new rough plumbing for kitchen with electrical updates throughout. New JSI white, shaker style, kitchen cabinets with grey/white mix granite counter tops. 3 x 6” white subway tile kitchen back splash. Install all new luxury vinyl wood plank flooring throughout and carpet loft area. Installation of reclaimed rough cut fireplace mantle. All new painting throughout using quality Benjamin Moore paints.
Exterior: New window sills, flashing and trim. Rebuild pressure treated deck. New landscaped pressure treated stairs to lake.
