2012 Outdoor Living Space: AIA Cincinnati Design Awards
In order to maintain open and unobstructed views of the creek and woods below, the rear yard of this suburban residence was carefully designed to create a series of cascading terraces that could navigate the nearly 25’ of fall without the need for any guardrails. Like a series of rooms in a house, a variety of exterior spaces were desired for different size groups and functions, all in view from the house.
