Lincoln City Home

Photo: Whitney Lyons © 2013 Houzz AFTER: The Kaemingks replaced the exterior siding, windows and cleaned up the unruly landscaping. The couple found an old barn wood at Salvage Works in Portland (formerly Lovett Deconstruction), and used it to create their pergola. The paver brick on the driveway is from Craigslist. It is fire brick that came out of an old boiler in Salem. "It is one of our favorite things about the house," says Chelsea. "It cost us $1,200 to buy all that brick and install it. Something that would have cost $30K or more to achieve the same look." Outdoor lighting: The ReBuilding Center
