Creating a large, open and versatile living space and an additional bathroom
This is a classic example of a traditional dormer loft conversion. Our clients opted to use the entire loft space as a general living space to be used as a spare bedroom, play area or storage room as well as an extra bathroom. In doing so they were able to utilise the available space to create a versatile room that has dramatically added to the home’s market value and liveability. The large open space meant our clients were able to accommodate features such as custom-built cupboards and other storage solutions.
