Manse Refurbishment Case Study
New chimney bricks, roof tiles, eaves soffit panels, double glazed windows, rear French doors and a front entry porch were fitted on the exterior. While on the interior, all walls were re-plastered and painted, and all rooms fitted with new carpets and new doors. A new kitchen was fitted with new counter tops cupboards and ceramic tiles on the walls and laminated timbers on the floor. Laminated timbers and ceramic tiles were also installed in the bathroom with a new bathroom suite, light fixtures and faucets. New electrical appliances, central heating and plumbing systems were also installed.
