Challenges
As a listed two property, we had to work carefully in line with the regulations of the building. This meant a lot of paperwork and a lot of back-and-forth with the building management and surveyor. After obtaining the license, they had to come and check our work to evaluate whether we passed the building's requirements. Thankfully, when the surveyor came to the site, he was surprised with the progress we had made; as a result, he was satisfied with photo updates of our progress moving forward.
