On the River - St. Charles, IL
The homeowner’s request was simple: create a progressive layout, ideal for meal prep and socializing, by way of a design that paralleled the architecture of the home and emphasized its scenic riverside location. First, we organized the major appliances, counters and cabinets to maximize utility and efficiency. Next, we integrated the appliances to their fullest potential ensuring a tidy fit and finish. Lastly, we focused on aesthetics and ensured that the colors and textures we chose were a fit with the home’s pristine natural setting.
The end result is a kitchen reborn as an inviting, functional space; one that provides an exceptional backdrop for everyday cooking, socializing, or early-morning introspection with a cup of coffee and a great view of the river.
