Portland Room Darkening Shades
In this room we were looking for a shade that could make it nice and dark for watching movies but something that could be pushed up and out of the way when wanting the light and view. The Hunter Douglas Duette Architella Shades worked great. They are very low profile so they sit in the windows nicely to make it darkening. However when you raise them up they don't cover much of the glass. We did these cordless so no cords would be hanging down in the view. We selected a warm color to blend with the decor in the room.
