Pre 1995 Arizona projects
This was Ron's first million dollar plus design project. Designed for Col. and Mrs. Barnum in 1994, the home is still one of the highest homes on the west side of Squaw Peak. The views of downtown Phoenix are nothing short of breathtaking. The Pueblo style is such a timeless style and Ron's innovative open floor plan has made this home one of his most popular. The original owner Col. Barnum passed away years ago and his wonderful wife Molly sold the home begrudgingly as she could not longer keep up to the needs of the home.
