Completion Interior Design & ArchitectureEXTERIOR. This Malvern cottage was built 10 years before we began work and lacked any character. It was our job to give the home some personality and on this occasion we felt the best solution would be achieved by taking the property back to a shell and re-designing the space. We introducing beams, altered window sizes, added new doors and moved walls. We also gave the house kerb appeal by altering the front and designing a new porch. Finally, the back garden was landscaped to provide a complete finish.

Verity & Beverley LtdRefurbishment of a Grade II* Listed Country house with outbuildings in the Cotswolds. The property dates from the 17th Century and was extended in the 1920s by the noted Cotswold Architect Detmar Blow. The works involved significant repairs and restoration to the stone roof, detailing and metal windows, as well as general restoration throughout the interior of the property to bring it up to modern living standards. A new heating system was provided for the whole site, along with new bathrooms, playroom room and bespoke joinery. A new, large garden room extension was added to the rear of the property which provides an open-plan kitchen and dining space, opening out onto garden terraces.

Updated paint colours, repairs to the sandstone driveway and a revamp of the garden add immeasurable street appeal with minimal change required.
Helyer Davies ArchitectsSkyfall has been designed with a high quality palette of individual materials incorporating examples from local the vernacular such as tile-hanging, lime render, feature brickwork and natural timber cladding. Internally the house benefits from open plan living that orbits around a stunning central staircase complete with a handcrafted balustrade and handrail. Enclosed breakout spaces, including a beautifully crafted oak frame sky lounge at roof level, create a flexible family home in a fantastic waterside setting.
Externally the landscaping delivers the home into its surroundings using defined paving, planters, and clever use of external lighting.
