Redland Bay Residence
This project was carried out for Charity Build which is a company in which the director of Superdraft is involved with.
Charity Build construct residential homes and sells them off at auction and all of the profits go towards assisting charities helping disadvantaged children.
The brief was to design a cost effective home that still had high level finishes and quality construction. The client was able to carry out the build works for this project for under $120,000.
