Ritter First Floor Kitchen Remodel
This remodel was a massive structural that centered around the staircase that was originally blocked off and separated the kitchen from the living room. We wanted to structurally completely redo the staircase and open t up, so create a flow and connectivity between the 2 spaces. We also took out the large fireplace and replaced it with the large window and honeycomb wall with a dry bar, to help connect the amazing outdoor living space they have. We completely reworked everything, almost doubling the size of the kitchen and opened it up and brightened it up as much as possible. This brings their high school kids downstairs a lot more now and allows for entertaining as they do it a lot wit h5 kids and 7 grandkids!
