Sixty Acres Modern Contemporary
The expansive island features three heights and two surfaces. Each area was designed for specific, but overlapping uses. The eating counter wraps into "Corten" tile raised area that conceals a clean-up sink behind. At the right, another raised area holds a below-counter microwave oven.....raised to make it easier to use.
