Check out these elegant mountain style staircases and guardrails that we installed in this beautiful mountain home located in a gated ski community in Park City, Utah. The tones and texture of the wood add an old world vibe and a feeling of warmth to the home, while the dark wrought iron balusters balance the design with a modern finish. In addition to the main staircase, which switchbacks through multiple levels, we also installed a spiral staircase next to the elevator. The spiral staircase is unique in that it is a double spiral and changes direction part way down. This was done in order to fit the staircase into the already existing space. The risers have been omitted on both staircases to allow more light into the stairway, to create a feeling of more openness, and to provide additional visual interest.
